Terms of Use
Please read this carefully. By using HazyHollow Idle you agree to the terms below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or playing HazyHollow Idle as a guest, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to play HazyHollow Idle. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. You agree to operate one account per player. Sharing, selling, or trading accounts is not permitted and may result in suspension.
4. Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to use automated tools (bots, scripts, macros), exploit bugs for material gain, or engage in real-money trading of in-game items or currency. Harassment, hate speech, and impersonation of staff are strictly prohibited.
5. Virtual Items
All in-game items, currency, and progression remain the property of HazyHollow Idle. Virtual items have no monetary value, are non-refundable, and may be modified, removed, or rebalanced at any time as part of normal game maintenance.
6. Purchases & VIP Subscriptions
Optional purchases (including the recurring VIP membership) are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. VIP subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the in-game Settings page — your VIP perks remain active until the end of the paid period. One-time purchases (buffs, cosmetics) are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once consumed. If a payment succeeds but the item is not delivered within 15 minutes, contact us and we will make it right.
7. Refunds
Because virtual goods are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. We will refund verified duplicate charges, accidental double-purchases reported within 48 hours, and payments where the purchased item or VIP time was never delivered. Refund requests go to hello@hazyhollowidle.com with your username and the Stripe receipt.
8. Disclaimers
HazyHollow Idle is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, freedom from bugs, or the persistence of any specific feature.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. Banned accounts forfeit virtual items and unused VIP time. You may also delete your account at any time from the in-game settings page.
